- 5+ Years of Technology Infrastructure experience
- 1.5+ years virtualization experience using VMware's products
- P2V Migration Experience using VMware Converter, vConverter, Leo Stream, PlateSpin,   AutoVirt, SCVMM, Acronis or other Tools
- Ability to run Migration Assessment & VMware’s HCL & SCL (Hardware / Software   Compatibly List)
- Ability to Interface with Application Owners and Maintain Server xls or Visio   documentation
- Ability to work with (migrate/deploy) various operating systems
- In depth knowledge & experience in Data Center Migration
- Ability to Trouble Shoot P2V & Roll Back to V2P, V2V
- Experience in Disaster Recovery & Data Protection
- VCP Certification will be given priority
- 3rd party Certifications a plus (MSCE, CCIE, Linux+, Server+, RHCE, EMC, HP, CCEA,   CCEE, & P2V accreditation)

- P2V Data Center Migration Experience
- Ability to work with (migrate/deploy) various operating systems on large scale
- SAN/NAS storage expertise a plus on IBM, Hitachi, EMC, Netapp, Symantec, = Logic,    3Par, NEC, DataDomain, Q-Logic, Fujitsu
- Experience and strong understanding of Storage Management Concepts
- Project management Experience or experience managing a P2V project
- Experience supporting complex technical environments
- Ability to design, architect, document solutions for Small – Large Environments
- Experience in Disaster Recovery & Data Protection
- Ability to communicate and present ideas to technical staff and management concisel
- x86 Intel / AMD and x64 Intel / AMD Hardware experience
- VCP Certification will be given priority

- Experience in Citrix NetScaler, Xen App, Xen Server & Xen Desktop, packaging and    scripting
- Experience and strong understanding of Storage Management Concepts

- In depth VMware Capacity IQ, Capacity Tools or 3rd Party VMware Certified    Orchestration Tools
- In depth experience of Lifecyle management processes and controls and End to End    management provisioning processes from x86/x64 Servers on SAN/NAS
- Experience implementing VMware Lifecycle Manager & Orchestrator in Small – Large    Windows or Unix /Linux Environments
- SAN/NAS storage expertise a plus on IBM, Hitachi, EMC, Netapp, Symantec, = Logic,    3Par, NEC, DataDomain, Q-Logic, Fujitsu

Resposibilities:
- The IT Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales revenue from IT Solutions and    Consulting Services offered to clients and prospects in US. The main focus of this    position is to bring in new business and new clients
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and generate new opportunities from the    same
- Manage business development outreach initiatives through direct and indirect sales    efforts Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5+ years of direct selling experience in the IT Solutions and Staffing industry is    preferred
- Proven new business development experience must
- Proven track record in the virtualization services space a must
- Ability to move opportunities through the sales cycle to close
